| Lauren Simkin | Service tech of the year: 2010. Nominations: Dick Dupre, Kevin Scarcella, Lauren Simkin. The winner is Lauren Simkin! Lauren acheived Pierce Master Technician status this past year and has a broad knowledge base on everything from small engine repair to heavy duty aerial repair. When there is a tough job to be done, the first thought is whether Lauren is available. Lauren is the most resourceful of our talented technicians so he is virtually always able to find the needed information or even remember a similar incident from his extensive fire industry background to solve even the toughest problem. Congratulations to all nominees! In his spare time Lauren enjoys camping and gardening, he is always busy but never too busy to tell a good story!
